So basically the standard answer.
I know for a fact he was not banned during those 7 days cause i saw him on the game.

9 days ... sufficient to say that each min a hacker is left on the game is a min he can ruin the game experience for others. Now, we bother to record giant size videos to help you guys ban them but a swift response would be nice when the proof is right in front of you.
