In this guide I will show you how you can easily report a player or simply contact the GMs.
Most of the times this function is used to report players kill stealing, hacking or scamming but if you have any troubles with your account this is the way to deal with them.

Firstly, log into the main website at : http://metin2.z8games.com/

After logging in, scroll down until you see the "Support" button on the left hand side. Click on it. In the screenshot below, the support button is highlighted.

Once you have clicked the support button, you should come to a page like the one in the screenshot below. Click on "Web Form" on the right hand side of the page.

After clicking on the "Web Form" button, you get to a page like the one in the screenshot below. From the scroll down list, choose the game "Metin 2". Afterwards, choose the appropriate category your ticket would go into. Select your server from the drop down last and then type all information which you think is necessary. For reporting a player of chat violations, this would require a screenshot as well.

After filling out the "Question" field and having given the evidence, click the "Submit" button.
Congratulations, you have filled out a ticket which will be reviewed by the GMs.

After a GM has reviewed your query, please be sure to check if they need any more information. You can do this by clicking "Contact History" after clicking the "Support" button.
